Which viscosity does a GWM need?
Across the 16 GWM model series in the oil finder, 5W-40, 0W-30, 10W-40 and 5W-30 are the most commonly approved grades. Fill quantity ranges from 2.5 to 8.0 litres depending on the engine.
Which approvals does GWM require?
GWM publishes no approval of its own: what counts is the viscosity and the ACEA or API class in your owner's manual.
