Shipping & payment
This page explains how we deliver and how you pay: delivery times, shipping costs by weight and destination, and every payment method. The shipping prices shown here are exactly the ones your basket will charge.
Delivery time
Within Germany we usually deliver within 1-3 working days.
Deliveries abroad usually take 2-9 working days, depending on the destination country.

Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday).
We ship by DHL from our logistics centre in Germany. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking by e-mail.
Shipping costs
The table shows, for every destination, the order value from which we cover the shipping - that value counts for the whole order, not per parcel. Below it, shipping depends on weight and destination; if an order needs several parcels, each parcel is charged by its own weight. All prices include VAT.

From the order value in the Free from column we cover the shipping. The prices next to it apply to orders below that value.
Not every destination has a free-shipping threshold: where the column shows a dash, shipping is always charged by weight. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on top and are paid by the recipient.
One parcel holds up to 20 kg. Heavier orders are sent as several parcels, each priced by its own weight. A dash means that weight does not fit into a single parcel.
For some items free shipping only starts with a larger order; the product page states what applies.

Payment methods
The following payment methods are available at checkout:

Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider Commerz Globalpay. Your card details are handled there only and are never stored on our servers. The amount is charged when you place the order.
Prices and VAT
All prices are final prices including the statutory German VAT of 19 %. For oils and other liquids we also show the unit price per litre or per kilogram.
Returns and waste oil
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the returns address are in our cancellation policy. We take back the quantity of engine and gear oil you bought from us free of charge as waste oil, see waste oil notice.
