Deliveries outside the EU
To Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway we deliver DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020): freight to the delivery address is included in the shipping price. Import VAT, duties and the carrier's clearance fee are the recipient's and are paid on delivery; the clearance fee is charged by the carrier according to its own tariff.
Verified business customers buy into these three countries without German VAT. A Swiss business then deducts the import VAT as input tax.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available at checkout:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider Commerz Globalpay. Your card details are handled there only and are never stored on our servers. The amount is charged when you place the order.
Prices and VAT
All prices are final prices including the statutory German VAT of 19 %. For oils and other liquids we also show the unit price per litre or per kilogram.
Returns and waste oil
