Which viscosity does a VDL need?
Across the 11 VDL model series in the oil finder, 10W-40, 15W-40 and 5W-30 are the most commonly approved grades. Fill quantity ranges from 15.0 to 39.5 litres depending on the engine.
Which approvals does VDL require?
VDL publishes no approval of its own: what counts is the viscosity and the ACEA or API class in your owner's manual.
